RV is about 35 ft long and has new plywood floors, good usable tires, a comode, sinks and a holding tank. Dining table folds for two more sleepers and a convertable couch (locked closed) sleeps another.
No mattresses for the beds. Has a working window AC unit but the rooftop unit does not work and needs to be recaulked or removed.
The electric service 12 volt and 110 both work. Brakes and tires are good. The guys painted interior with an airless sprayer in a bright sky blue paint.

The fridg stove and shower have been removed.

Needs some cleaning and some hunting camp deco but is a solid good trailer. Email for exterior and interior pics.
